It was a great mortgage experience. As an employee, my documentation is much more straightforward, but my husband works as a ZZP and mainly invoices clients in Turkey. Why do your fees vary depending on the situation?

From experience, we know that some applications take more time than others. For example, getting a mortgage for your next home is often more complex. This means we need more hours to get everything ready for you, which is why the price is a bit higher. This way, you always pay a fair price that fits your specific situation, and you never pay too much.
